Goals For May

I have been thinking of different ways to lose weight.  In the process I started looking at the bigger picture and I realised that this is not just something that I need to do to lose weight, this is a change that I need to make for my entire family.  The question I had was where to start, so this is what I am doing to start...  Planning meals.

I think over a months time, and all of the time and money we waste because we go out to eat, when I know that by eating at home I can start to make sure that my family is eating the best for them and that I can save them money. 

I am going to start with prep work.  This is going to be the hardest thing for me to do, but I know that this is so important.  I am going to plan out a month of meals.  Not only that I am going to purchase all of the meat, and prepare it.  That way when it comes time to eat then I know I am ready to go and I have everything in place so that I can make dinner.  I also think that it will give me the most time with my family so that I can play with them and have a great time with them.
